THE CHALLENGE

Navigating Unforeseen Challenges

Our client Amdell Ltd required two Hot Press Moulded (HPM) Sectional Tanks to supply water to their new build project at Royal Sands, in Kent. The project was for 1-3 bedroom luxury sea view apartments.

The area around the luxury beachfront apartments is being redeveloped with the Royal Victoria Pavilion being refurbed into a Wetherspoons and opened in 2017. The development on the apartments started shortly before the COVID-19 lockdown, late 2019 early 2020.

TRICEL SOLUTION

The project required our expert team to manufacture, deliver and assemble the tanks on-site. The tanks were internally flanged base twin compartment Sectional Tanks. For Phase 1 a HPM Tank 2m x 1.5m x 1.5m was installed and for Phase 3 a HPM 3m x 1m x 1.5m was installed, each with a nominal capacity of 4,500 litres.
